Who Has The Victory?

Do you want to be triumphant over all evil in your life and in the world?

Do you want to be an over-comer?

You can!

But only with the help of the Son of God, Jesus Christ.

We read in the Bible:

Who is it that overcomes the world? Only the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God. (1 John 5:5)

Jesus Christ promises us:

“I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”  (John 16:33)

Jesus Christ has overcome the world with all its evil and deception!
He can help you do the same.

If we accept Jesus Christ as our Savior and repent of our sins, we are God’s children and Jesus Christ helps us to overcome all evil!

In the Bible we read:

You, dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the One Who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world. (1 John 4:4)

“for everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith.” (1 John 5:4)

The secret key is humble faith in God!

We humbly admit our faults and accept Jesus Christ as our Savior and with His Gentle Hand, He will mold us into over-comers!

I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you. (Luke 10:19)

Does God say ‘some’?  No, He says we will overcome ‘all’ power of the enemy.

Wow!  What an awesome promise!

In Psalm 91, again we read God’s wonderful promise to us:

“Because he loves Me,” says the Lord, “I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges My Name. He will call on Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him. With long life I will satisfy him and show him My salvation.”  (Psalm 91:14-16)

Not only that but God promises us:

“Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.” (Hebrews 13:5)

No one will be able to stand against you all the days of your life. As I was with Moses, so I will be with you; I will never leave you nor forsake you. (Joshua 1:5)

Dear reader, do you understand how powerful these promises are?

Please read that again:

I have given you authority to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you.

No one will be able to stand against you all the days of your life. I will never leave you nor forsake you.

God has our back. He is with us in battle. He will sustain us no matter what we encounter!

He will NEVER leave us nor forsake us!

Take hold of this powerful promise now and stand with confident faith in an infinitely loving God!

He is always seeking to be with us!
He is always calling on the door of our hearts!
Do we hear Him?
Do we spend time with Him in prayer and thankgiving?

He wants to be with us more than we want to be with Him!
He desires an intimate relationship with us.
He loves us dearly, but we must respond!

He is calling to you right now:

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.” (Matthew 11:28-30)

Come, “Taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in Him.” (Psalm 34:8)

Now, think about this: Who has the victory in the end?

God does!

We read in the book of Revelation:

Then war broke out in heaven. Michael and his angels fought against the dragon, and the dragon and his angels fought back. But he was not strong enough, and they lost their place in heaven. The great dragon was hurled down—that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him.

Then I heard a loud voice in heaven say:

“Now have come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of His Messiah. For the accuser of our brothers and sisters, who accuses them before our God day and night, has been hurled down. They triumphed over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death. (Revelation 12:7-11)

My friend, do you want to be on the winning side?

Then turn to God, accept His Son Jesus Christ as your Savior and repent of your sins.
Then go out and testify to the world the wonderful things God as done for you, how he set you free from bondage and death, and you will have the victory in this life and forever!

Hallellujah!
