This is my testimony: my journey back to health.

Please know that I am not a doctor so this is not a recommendation for healing a disease. This is simply my testimony.

First of all, I would like to say that if you have any illness, whether it be cancer or diabetes or any other disease, please take a deep breath and don’t be afraid. God has provided you with a wonderfully strong immune system that will work on your behalf to heal you IF you give it the proper nutrients and rest. So take courage and have hope: God will heal you!

I will try to keep my testimony brief.

Toward the end of 2022 I became ill. For some strange reason, my intestines started to hurt very badly and I could not hold down food. I had severe pain in my right side, under my right rib at night which prevented me from sleeping. If I slept 3 hours that was considered a good night. Because I do not agree with conventional treatments for disease (i.e. toxic drugs and invasive procedures), I did not go to the emergency room, nor did I visit a doctor. Instead, I took the approach to healing using diet, exercise and herbs.

I tried many things, such as drinking straight celery juice in the morning on an empty stomach and also fasting on vegetable juice for a number of days. I tried using different herbs as well. In order to keep this brief, I will not go into all the details.

After trying a number of things I was still not getting better and what was concerning me the most was that I was rapidly losing weight and could not sleep at night due to severe intestinal pain. I was in this state for about a few months and my condition was getting worse. I was skin and bones and I was barely able to go up a flight of stairs. I was getting desperate but I was still unwilling to go to the doctor, so with the little strength I had left, I started researching online.

I came across a video by a woman named Kristina who is a raw vegan. She states in her videos that she was diagnosed with diabetes when she was young and healed herself by becoming raw vegan. In one of the videos she highly recommended the Nama juicer and provided juicing recipes. I was interested, the only problem was that the Nama juicer she recommended cost about $500. I thought about it for a little while and I decided that if I buy this juicer I will make a commitment to juice every day. (If you are interested in purchasing the Nama juicer, one of her videos has a $55 coupon).

So I bought the juicer using payment installments and when I received it, I started juicing every day. This is the juice recipe I used (all organic ingredients):

Kale (1 handful – curly or Lacinato)
Oranges (1 or 2)
Fresh ginger
Apples (1 or 2 – Granny smith or other types of apples)
Beet (1)
Carrots (5 or 6)
Celery (one stalk – about 12 ribs)

This yields about 40 to 50 ounces of juice. This juice is delicious and I recommend that if you make it, you should drink it right away.

I would make this juice in the morning and drink it slowly within about an hour. This juice was my medicine. After drinking the juice, I would lie down and think about my favorite things such as walks in nature etc.

The first thing I noticed after drinking this juice is that my body would relax and become calm. Calm enough to sleep! I also noticed that my intestinal pain went away!

After drinking this juice in the morning, for lunch I would make a big salad with any and all the vegetables that I had in the house: spring mix, tomatoes, cucumbers, celery, red onion or scallions, garlic, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, shredded carrots, green or red cabbage, zucchini, mixed spices (Herbs de Provence which has no salt, just herbs) etc.

To the salad, I added a home-made a dressing with the following ingredients:

1 can of unsalted organic chickpeas (with the most of the water)
1 teaspoon of tahini
juice of 1 lemon
2 cloves of garlic
few sprigs of parsley
spring mix or kale (small amount)
1 small carrot
few slices of zucchini

This dressing is very delicious!

If I was still hungry after eating the salad, I would add a slice or two of gluten-free bread and/or boiled potatoes. Of course, I also added other foods over time, but I will not include them here for brevity. Generally, I avoid all meat, dairy, processed foods and junk foods. My diet consists of fresh fruits, vegetables, grains, beans and vegetable juices.

I noticed almost immediate results from drinking this juice and eating this way:

My pain went away completely.
I was able to sleep!
I was able to hold down food so I started regaining weight.
I was more calm and generally more happy.
I was able to do light exercises again.

Within about a month, I was restored to complete health!

As part of my health regimen, I also included deep breathing exercises, stretching, light workouts (treadmill and light weights). I also incorporated rest and various anti-viral/anti-parasitical herbs. And of course, I incorporated prayer.

I noticed that if there was any day that I skipped the juicing, I would not feel so great and the quality of my sleep suffered but the pain under my right rib did not return!

So my conclusion is that the juice recipe I used was the KEY to the restoration of my health!

I am still juicing to this day and I have energy, can do difficult workouts and I feel wonderful!

Most importantly, I give glory to God Almighty for His wonderful mercy for healing my body and bringing me back to health!

This is my testimony and I hope that it helps someone who is suffering out there!

Think about it, healing from any disease can be as simple as juicing!

No need for toxic drugs, invasive procedures or surgery. And no need for thousands of dollars of medical bills.

It is truly miraculous how our immune system is able to heal us when provided with the nutrients it needs!

So go ahead and try it now!

I encourage you to grab a bag of organic carrots, a stalk of organic celery and organic kale and start juicing!

You may be surprised how wonderfully your body will respond!

And always remember to give glory to our merciful God, Yeshua Hamashiach, for all things, for He is the Alpha and Omega and our Healer of mind, body and spirit!

Shalom.
