First, we start with this prayer:
In the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, we command every spirit of darkness, every demon and evil spirit, every lost departed soul and every spirit opposed to the Spirit of Jesus Christ to depart from this place and from these people, without noise and without harming anyone, and to present themselves before Jesus Christ to be disposed of by Him according to His divine will. Amen.
Next, we need to forgive anyone who has hurt us.
Let us go back into our past and see if there is someone against whom we harbor a grudge or resentment and whom we have not completely forgiven. Let us now lay all those hurts at the foot of the Cross of Jesus Who died for all sins and completely forgive as we want God to forgive us.
Lord Jesus, we admit all our sins against God, our fellow human beings and ourselves. We detest them and are sincerely sorry for them. We confess them to You and ask You to forgive us completely and wash us clean in Your Precious Blood. We pray in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
Heavenly Father, we come to You through Your Beloved Son, our Lord and Savior Jesus, Who sits at Your right hand interceding for us. We come to You in Your Holy Spirit Who prays for us with groanings that cannot be expressed in speech, and we present to You all our hurts and ills, spiritual, emotional, physical and mental and we ask You to grant us the healing or healings we need most. We ask this in the Name and through the merits of the passion, death and resurrection of Jesus. Amen.
Lord Jesus, heal us of all our hurts and scars in the secret depths of our souls and spirits. Heal us of our forgotten hurts, perhaps going back to our childhood or even before birth. You know what they were, for You were there. Go back with us in time to those incidents that hurt us and heal us. Heal those of us who had unloving parents, unloving husbands or wives, or who were disappointed in love in whatever manner. Fill us with the love of Your Holy Spirit and make us whole. Teach us to love You, with all the powers of our souls, minds and spirits and or fellow human beings as our own selves. We ask this in Your Blessed Name of Jesus. Amen.
Lord Jesus, send the power of Your Holy Spirit upon us and heal us of all hatred, resentment, bitterness and unforgiveness. We ask this in Your Blessed Name of Jesus. Amen.
Lord Jesus, send the power of Your Holy Spirit upon us and free us from the spirit of rebellion and disobedience. We ask this in Your Blessed Name of Jesus. Amen.
Lord Jesus, send the power of Your Holy Spirit upon us and free us from anger, anxiety and depression. We ask this in Your Blessed Name of Jesus. Amen.
Lord Jesus, send the power of Your Holy Spirit upon us and heal us of the spirit of suspicion, lack of trust or unbelief. We ask this in Your Blessed Name of Jesus. Amen.
Lord Jesus, send the power of Your Holy Spirit upon us and heal us of abuse of alcohol, food and drugs. We ask this in Your Blessed Name of Jesus. Amen.
Lord Jesus, send the power of Your Holy Spirit upon us and heal us of every other spiritual, mental and emotional evil. We ask this in Your Blessed Name of Jesus. Amen.
Lord Jesus, You were often exhausted from healing the sick. You wanted to heal people of all sickness and evil. You are the same today. You want to heal and help each one of us. Heal us of our physical ailments and diseases. Heal us because You love us as You loved your people when You walked this earth. Stretch Your Healing Hand over us and heal us, for we pray in Your Blessed Name of Jesus. Amen.
Lord Jesus, lay Your Healing Hand upon those with maladies and disorders in their vision and hearing and heal them in Your Blessed Name of Jesus. Amen.
Lord Jesus, lay Your Healing Hand upon those with tumors, cancer or leukemia and heal them in Your Blessed Name of Jesus.
Lord Jesus, lay Your Healing Hand upon those with heart trouble or blood pressure problems and heal them in Your Blessed Name of Jesus.
Lord Jesus, lay Your Healing Hand upon those with arthritis, gout, back problems, bone and joint problems and heal them in Your Blessed Name of Jesus.
Lord Jesus, lay Your Healing Hand upon those with hernias, ulcers or digestive disorders and heal them in Your Blessed Name of Jesus.
Lord Jesus, lay Your Healing Hand upon those with liver, kidney and lung ailments and heal them in Your Blessed Name of Jesus.
Lord Jesus, lay Your Gentle Hand upon those with headaches, nervous conditions and every other ailment of mind and body and heal them in Your Blessed Name of Jesus.
We pray also, loving Savior, to extend Your Healing Hand over those who could not be here because of infirmity or some other reason. As You healed the centurion’s serving boy from a distance, heal them too, we pray in Your Blessed Name of Jesus. Amen.
