Lord Jesus Christ, I acknowledge that I am a sinner and that I need You as my Savior.
I choose You this day as my Lord and Savior.
I believe that You died for my sins and rose from the dead on the third day by the power of Your Holy Spirit.
I thank You for dying on the cross for my sins.
I ask for Your forgiveness for all my sins.
I renounce all my sins including my arrogance and pride, which were the downfall of satan.

Lord Jesus, I am sorry with all my heart for all the sins and omissions I have just stated and I repent of them all.
Lord Jesus, I ask for grace to not repeat these sins again.
Lord Jesus, I repent of any occult activity I have ever been involved in.
I now sever my relationship with any form of the occult, in Your Holy Name.
Jesus, I thank You for freeing me from all curses that are due to my own sins or the sins of my ancestors.
Lord Jesus, I choose this day to forgive everyone who has ever hurt me, whether they deserve it or not, because You forgave me and held nothing back. I now especially forgive ________.
Lord Jesus, in Your Holy Name, I take my stand against all satan’s demons.
I trust that You will protect me and take care of me.
Lord Jesus Christ, I surrender my body and soul to You as Lord over my whole life and I ask You to fill me with Your Holy Spirit so that my life may be transformed.

Have mercy upon me, O God, according to Your loving kindness;
