The Lord has sent us many watchmen and women, are we listening?
Here is what the Lord says:
“Son of man, speak to your people and say to them: ‘When I bring the sword against a land, and the people of the land choose one of their men and make him their watchman, and he sees the sword coming against the land and blows the trumpet to warn the people, then if anyone hears the trumpet but does not heed the warning and the sword comes and takes their life, their blood will be on their own head. Since they heard the sound of the trumpet but did not heed the warning, their blood will be on their own head. If they had heeded the warning, they would have saved themselves. But if the watchman sees the sword coming and does not blow the trumpet to warn the people and the sword comes and takes someone’s life, that person’s life will be taken because of their sin, but I will hold the watchman accountable for their blood.’” (Ezekiel 33:2-6)
My friend, God’s judgments are at the door!
Do not ignore the warnings or you will suffer the fate described above. If you die by the sword, the Lord warns you that your blood will be on your own head!
You have been warned!
The Lord Jesus Christ said:
If I had not come and spoken to them, they would not be guilty of sin; but now they have no excuse for their sin. (John 15:22)
Take God’s warnings seriously!
Humble yourself and get on your knees before God brings the darkness.
Ask God to forgive your sins, accept His Son Jesus Christ into your life and strive to live a life of love, peace and obedience to God’s word.
Time is so very short and getting shorter by the day.
This time is given us for REPENTANCE.
The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance. But the day of the Lord will come like a thief. The heavens will disappear with a roar; the elements will be destroyed by fire, and the earth and everything done in it will be laid bare. Since everything will be destroyed in this way, what kind of people ought you to be?
You ought to live holy and godly lives as you look forward to the day of God and speed its coming. That day will bring about the destruction of the heavens by fire, and the elements will melt in the heat. But in keeping with His promise we are looking forward to a new heaven and a new earth, where righteousness dwells.
So then, dear friends, since you are looking forward to this, make every effort to be found spotless, blameless and at peace with Him. (2 Peter 3:9-14)
